My aim is to process UK orders  within 2-3 days on receipt of your

order using Royal Mail this does not include bank holidays or other

busy holiday times. 

If any of my soaps are out of stock I will contact you to offer an

alternative or arrange a refund.

I will confirm via e-mail that I have sent your package.

Payment processing is via paypal.

Postage & packaging will be £1.50 or £1.25 depending on weight of

soap you choose and then only an extra 50 pence for

every additional  bar of soap you purchase.

If you want to cancel your order you will need to let me know within

seven days and refunds will be given within 30 days (minus p&p)

providing goods are returned in their original packaging.
